By accessing and using our workforce management SaaS platform (the "Service"), you ("User" or "Company") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
The Service is provided by Devzero SAS, a Uruguay company, registered at 18 de Julio 1006 apt. 401, Montevideo, 11100, Uruguay, and governed by the laws of Uruguay.
Our Service includes onboarding employees, managing personal information, time-off requests (PTO, Sick Leave, etc.), reimbursement requests, and payroll stubs (without payment processing).
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain your account details up-to-date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities under your account.
- Free Plan: Limited to 5 users, access to onboarding, time-off, and basic people management features.
- Pro Plan: $50/month (up to 10 users). Additional users at $4/user/month, up to 30 users. Includes expense management and payroll functionalities. A 30-day free trial is provided.
- Custom Plan: Required for 30+ users. Pricing and specific terms are subject to separate agreements. Includes analytics, dedicated support, API access, and beta features. A 30-day free trial is provided.
Subscriptions can be canceled anytime but fees paid are non-refundable, except as required by law.
You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
All intellectual property rights related to the Service remain our exclusive property. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service according to these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, misuse the Service, or fail to pay required fees.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid by you in the last 12 months.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or posted clearly on our website. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of modified Terms.
